Complete the circles of your life

Key As it turns out, you can go home again. And tomorrow I will, reading from Life is a Verb at the church in which I grew up, as a benefit for the Hospice group that helped so much when my stepfather was dying the death that led me to write 37days in the first place. Come, go with me.

  • Who says that irony has been squoze out in this world? Writing about being able to return home (again)from your chair barely 1000 feet away from the mouldering bones of Thomas Wolfe, the man who was buried in the very town that he very famously said he could not return to, must be ironic. No?

  • What a beautifully sad thing to be able to do. Your book went to Cincinnati and back with me…much thumbed and much loved!

  • Dive in, Patti. There will be no toe-dipping into the emotion you will feel, so break out the Extreme Kleenex, Turbo-enhanced Special Edition, and let the tears fall where they may.

I know you can do this, and it will inform your work for years to come.

    Love,
    Rick

  • completed my “first read” of life is a verb last night. it continues to inspire and encourage! thank you.

  • I haven’t ever heard of either of these books before today but I am interested. Your writings are quite uplifting so I’m sure reading 37days is going to be equally as such. Life as a Verb also sounds inspiring so now I have TWO new books to read! Thank you Lady Digh!

    Namaste,
    Ben

  • Hi Miz Patti–
After watching lots of people complete their lives and watching myself–I think we have to complete each and every circle within the big Circle to find peace and wholeness.

Thanks for your courage and the love you exude–
