Tess with LIAV shirt It's finally here, the official 2009 Life is a Verb Flying Pig Half – Marathon Team T-shirt! Now available for sale in the 37days shop, I hope you'll take a look! Perhaps wearing this happy shirt will inspire you to join us for the May 2, 2010, half-marathon in Cincinnati where I, Patti Digh, soon to be 50-year-old (in 71 days, but who is counting?) will actually RUN the race this time. Yes, you heard that right – RUN. Run, run, run, run, run.

All the items in the wee 37days shop are made by real people–the jewelry is made by jeweler Sarah Blaine in Santa Fe and the t-shirts are hand-silkscreened less than a mile from my house. And the newest item, the LIAV Live Your Wild and Precious Life NOW TeleCoaching Class, is lovingly created by hand and by heart by me and my creative and business partner (and personal coach who busts me on my excuses and deflections all the time), David Robinson.

Amy2 Come, enjoy a shirt. It's cheerful and will remind you to Say yes, Love more, Be generous, Trust yourself, Speak up, and Slow down.

[With thanks to my T-Shirt Supermodels, little Tessie of the Blue Tongue and Amy McCracken of the Dimples]

I am buying one of these shirts to remind me of my promise to myself and to motivate me in my training for 2010. See you there!

    Patti,

I forgot to mention when I saw you in Deerfield that I will be running with you at the Flying Pig Marathon 2010!!!! So count me in! I am in the process of doing the couch to 5 k program because I have never been a long distance runner, and after I can run 3 miles I will work up to 13 for next may!!!! Happy running!

Patti, that’s awesome! I did not know you were planning to run it! What a fabulous goal! I’ll be cheering you on, and maybe run myself.

You may already have all you need, but I have a half marathon training schedule on my blog if you’re interested.

    Good luck!! ;)

Just another one of my crazy ideas but…while the half pig flying marathon or whatever sounds fabulous why don’t we plan our very own LIAV half marathon ? It can’t be that hard to organize and I have someideas to go a long with this. Just asking.
